BALLOT FOR SECTIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. DANNEVIRICE, October 25. The ballot for the Tamaki sections, near Dannevirke, took place to-day in the presence of a large gathering ot the public. There were over 1,500 applications for 21 sections. The following are the successful applicants: —Block XV., section 1, S. J. Roulter, Mangatoro; section 2, T. H. H. Wallace, Weber; section 3, E. J. JefFares, Taradale; section 4, Martha Jane Smith, Dan-nevir'-jy, section 5, B. Thomasen, section 6, R. Palmer, Palmerston North; section 7, S. J. Edwards, Malarahara; section 8, Mrs Gertrude Fischer, Makotuku (this section wfs first drawn bv J. Munster, of Wellington, who was not represented, and a second ballot was held); section 9, C. C. Thomsen, Dannevirke; section 10, Millicent Wilson, Wellington; section 11, F. H. Loft, - Hawera; section 12, John Sullivan, JMangaweka; section 13, H. Laws, Waipawa; section 14, W.
