"LEARN WHAT OTHER FARMERS ARE DOING."

The old adage that "prevention is better than cure" applies with as much force to dumb animals as it does to human beings, a~>d the farmer who recognises the fact is wise. It pays to keep cattle, sheep and pigs healthy, but tuo many otherwise careful farmers, are apt to take "put luck''' when the condition of their live stock is concerned. That's the sort of carelessness that spells loss, and eats up the pi'ofits quicker than a healthy horse eats good feed. But it's no use trying to doctor sick animals with quack concoctions. Don't torture an ailing cow by allowing it to suffer longer than can be helped; but, above all, don't pour and misery down its throat in the shape of medicine that isn't medicine at all. Give your ailing live stock real good remedies and the result will be satisfactory both to you and to them. The "Dominion" Remedies fill the bill. They are good honest medicines, of proved value, and they should ba found on every well conducted farm. These remedies include a oattie drench (l'or cattle, pigp, and sheep), torpedoes (for colic and gripe), a healing ointment (specially prepared for dairy use), and a gall cure. Everyone of these remedies is scientifically compounded of the purest ingredients, and everyone of them has earned the appreciation and gratitude of the hundreds of farmers. Mr W. Wallace, the manufacturer's representative, is at present in town introducing the "Dominion" Remedies to the local market, where there is no doubt they will find a ready sale.
