ANGLICAN SYNOD.
By Telegraph—Press Association. NELSON, October 24. The Anglican Synod opened to-day. Bishop Mules announced that he would attend the Lambeth Conference next year. A proposal was made to constitute a new parish beyond Spooner's Range. The matter was referred to the Bishop and the Standing Committee.
