FEILDING S.M. COURT.
By Telegraph—Press Association. FEILDING, October 23. At the S.M. Court, before Mr A. D. Thomson, to-day, John Gascoigne, weightman, was committed for trial on a charge of perjury in giving evidence in a recent case of the Police v. Lowe and Robinson. Bai! was allowed in self £IOO, and two sureties of £SO each. George Cowan, on a charge of stealing £l3 from David Morgan was also committed for trial.
