At the inqu3st on the body of MichaSl Henry,. who died as the result of an accident when working on the Harbour Board's drsdge, it was ascertained that parts of the machinery which broke had been made locally, and had .never been tested by the'iHarhour Board. A verdict was returned that death had resylted*from the accident, and the jury added a rider that it was advisable that in future the Harbour Board should test the.strength of all chains and similar machinery usfed by it.
