THE EMPEROR OF AUSTRIA.
Received October 14, 11.57 p.m. LONDON, October 14. The Daily Mail's Vienna correspondent wires that the Emperor's physicians are mainly anxious as to signs of senile weakness. The latest bulletin states that the action of the heart is satisfactory. The Emperor insists on transacting business and misses his usual exercise. When questioned as regards his health he replied "Bad, very bad."
