RAILWAY SCANDAL.

THE NEW YORK EXPOSURES. A BOGUS RAILWAY. Received October 11, 7.17 a.m. NEW YORK, October 10. The New York railway exposures, reference to which was cabled on September 26th, have culminated in Anthony Brady giving testimony that a comparatively worthless franchise called "The Fulton and Wall' Street Ferries Railway," existing only on paper, was sold to the Interborough Metropolitan Company for £200,000. Brady states that he received and the balance was shared amongst Ryan, Dolan, W. L. Elkins, H. Whitney, and' P. Widener, and Moore and Schley, brokers.
