The sum of £7,510 was invested on the totalisator, making £17,048 for the two days, an increase of £2,689 on last year's total. Time, 2min 53 4-ssec Dividends, £3 5s and £1 10s. Puketapu Hack Handicap, 7 furlo igs—Comedian 7.12, 1; Scenery 6.12, 2;' Gold Thread, 7.10, 3. Also started—Erl King, San Cruz, Gaiety, Hippolytus, Snowstell and Oakbourne. Won by a length. Time, lmin 33sec. Dividends, £2 lis and £6 15s. Korokipo Handicap Hurdles, 1| mile.—St. Albert. 10.8, 1; Gold Dust 10.10, 2; Pushful 11.9, 3. Also started— Assayer, Aroha and Lavinia. Won by four lengths. Time, 3min 20 3-ssec. Dividends, £7 10s and 14s. Nursery Handicap, 4£ furlongs.— Formative 8.9, 1; Voltgang 7.2, 2; St. Aidan 8.10, 3. Also started— Shannon Lass Chanteuse, Splash, Girton and Berengaria. Won by a nose.
