INDIANS IN THE TRANSVAAL.
Received October 7, 11 p.m. PRETORIA, October-7. Owing to their passive resistance of the law the Transvaal Government notifies that after November next all Indians" over sixteen years of age without a registration certificate will be liable to arrest and deportation. No trading-license will be issued after 1907 unless registration is proved.
