THE GERMAN NAVY.
FURTHER STRENGTHENING OF THE FLEET RECOMMENDED. Received October 7, 10.31 p.m. BERLIN, October?. The National Liberal. Congress at Wiesbaden has recommended the further strengthening of the Fleet, urging that new vessels should equal the ships of other States in size, armament and speed. The Congress also recommended that the limit of service for battleships should be reduced.
