Lieutenant Bellairs, Liberal member for King's Lynn, speaking at King's.Lynn, said that the Naval Estimates had been reduced by eight and a-half millions in three years. Each decrease bad been met by a .German increase. Hs would support the Government so long as they adhered to the "two power" standard, but if they broke their promises he would fight them, since it was better that Lord Tweedmouth, Firat Lord of the Admiralty, should be a fallen Minister than Britain a fallen estate,
