WANGANUI A. AND P. ASSOCIATION.
THE ANNUAL SHOW,
Entries for the annual show of the Wanganui A. and P. Association will close on Saturday, November 2nd. This date cannot be too much emphasised, as last year there was some disappointment through intending competitors sending the entry forms in too late, this, too, notwithstanding the large amount of publicity give,n through the Press. Instead fo putting off from day to day the sending in of the necessary documents, it would save a deal of all-round trouble if the matter was fixed up straight away. The official programme has been available for some time; it is replete with the necessary forms, together with the minutest particulars for filling in the same—and copies have been circulated far and wide throughout the Dominion. Should any not have reached their destination, all that is required is to send a post card, letter, telegram, or telephone message to the secretary, Mr Selby Morton, at the offices of the Association in St. Hill Street, Wanganui, and they will be forwarded by return post, together with any information desired. As in the past, so now with regard to the forthcoming annual show, says a Wanganui paper, every nomination is an indication of the interest our town residents, equally with those in the country, are taking in it, and it is trusted that their energy will lead to recor:! entries when they close on Saturday, November 2nd.
