HEW PLYMOUTH SUPREME COURT.
By Telegraph—Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, Sept. 30. The New Plymouth Supreme Court opened this morning. There were oily two criminal cases. One was jurainst eight defendants for unlawfully assembling; based on the notoriyiiii Opunake tarring and feathering incident. The other case was one of .-hild desertion. The Grand Jury threw out both bills.
