OBITUARY.
MR N. MARCHANT.. By Telegraph—Press Associations WELLINGTON, September 27. Mr Nicholas Marchant, a former city engineer of Wellington, died to-day, aged 71 years. The deceased came to New Zealand under engagement to Brogden and Sons, who bui't: some of the railways under the Vegei public works policy.
