PERSIAN FRONTIER TROUBLES.
A RUSSIAN WARNING. PERSIA'S REPLY. Received September 26, 8.58 a.m. TEHERAN, September 25. In regard to the Persian frontier troubles, the Russian Legation in this city deemed it necessary to warn the Persian National Assembly, which has not been long in existence, that if it was desirous that the frontier should continue it must take steps to settle things, otheiwise Russia would be compelled to intervene, and use force if necessary. The Assembly replied that during the state of constitutional transition in Russia, similar disorders occurred in the Caucasus and at Baku, and ';hat as a consequence suffering was caused to Persian subjects.
