The United Kingdom Commercial Travellers' Associations' Central Board, at the annual meeting at Preston, adopted a resolution expressing regret at the Commonwealth tariff, predicting disastrou ? effects to many of the Motherland industries, and adding that if preference were allowed it would have no practical effect on the development of British industries.
