THE EGYPTIAN LIBERAL PARTY.
A REMARKABLE MANIFESTO. Received September 20, 11.30 p.m. LONDON, September. 30. The Egyptian Liberal Party have forwarded to Sir Edward Grey, Secretary of State, Foreign Department, a remarkable manifesto, protesting .against the anti-British seditious * propaganda of the Nationalists, headed Mustapha Kamut Pasha. The manifesto states: —"We are perfectly satisfied with the British occupation of Eygpt, and are grateful for the benefits it confers."
