LYTTELTON. September 19
Captain Falconer inspected the sunken hulk Blackwal!, at Lvttelton, to-day, and recommends a coffer dam being built on the vessel, pumping out, and then removing the coal by hand. He anticipates that if this is done she can be safely floated.
