Received September 18, 9.33 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG,. September 18. At noon, on Monday, a handsome girl of 18 interviewed the director of the Russian Steam Navigation Company at Odessa, and demanded on behalf of the Anarchist Committee that the Company's school should be bttter conducted, and the children fed as well as educated. When the director tried to ring a bell the girl threatened to throw a bomb. She advised the terrified director to obey the Anarchist's mandate, and then left. She threatened with a revolver a porter who attempted to stop he-. She then rejoined six armed males outside and escaped.
