INSPECTION OF IMPORTED BONE MANURE.

WELLINGTON, September 18. Mr Okey asked the Minister for Agriculture (Hon. R. McNab) in the House, this afternoon, whether he is satisfied that the present inspection of imported bone manure is such as to prevent the possibility of disease being introduced into the colony? The Minister replied that so far the steps taken to sterilise all bones are considered satisfactory.
