HOME FOR INEBRIATES.

AUCKLAND, September 13. The Salvation Army has purchased Pakatoa Island,, in the Auckland Harbour, 25 miles from the City, where they will establish a Home for Inebriates, with accommodation for fifty men. It will be registered under the Habitual Drunkards Act.
