THE NEW HEBRIDES.
Received September 13, 10.32 a.m. MELBOURNE, September 13. Presbyterian missionaries in the New Hebrides attached to the Victorian Church are dissatisfied with the administration of Captain Rason, who they consider is unjust and unfair to the natives. They assert that he will not allow native teachers to have any land in dispute on any island that they own.
