AN INJUNCTION GRANTED.

AUCKLAND, September 13. On an application made on behalf of the Press Association, Mr Justice Demiston granted an injunction to restrain Charles G. Beckett, of Waihi, from printing and publishing telegrams protected under the Electric' Lines Act, 1884. Beckett did not appear. Ten guineas costs were allowed.
