PALMERSTON NORTH SUPREME COURT.
By Telegraph—Press Association. PALMERSTON N., September 11. At the Supreme Court, to-day, Apostolos Rapeles, m Greek, was charged with assaulting a tellovvcountryman named G. Gainbestis. Accused was alleged to have stabbed the latter with a knil'e. The x jury acquitted accused. Charles Richard Bushett, charged with forgery and uttering, was acquitted.
