COLUMBA ROAD.
PROPOSED EXTENSION. The Town Clerk (Mr R. Brown) wrote to the meeting of the Masterton County Council, yesterday, stating that the Borough Council was prepared to ioin in the proposed extension of G-.lumba Road to Cock burn Street, and suggesting that the County Council, on their part, should take steps to procure the necessary land for this work. It was decided to take steps to secure the necessary land for the extension of the road.
