ANTI-ASIATIC DEMONSTRATION.
CHINESE AND JAPANESE SHOP-WINDOWS SMASHED. A JAPANESE WOUNDED. Received September 9, 10.45 p.m. VANCOUVER, September 9. After an anti-Japanese-Korean League meeting at Vancouver, sixty rowdies smashed the Japanese and Chinese shop-windows. Later a mob of five hundred destroyed more shop-fronts. One Japanese was wounded. The police dispersed the demonstrators.
