ASHBURTON, September 6.

Judgment was delivered to-day, in the case Alice Mary Voyce versus A. L. Zouch, dentist, a claim for £IOO fjr alleged wrongful extraction of two teeth. The plaintiff is a girl between six and seven years old, and was taken by her mother to Zouch's surgery to get two milk teeth extracted so that two p:raianent tce':h (incisors) would have room to grow. The two permanent teeth were extracted instead of the milk teeth. Judgment was given for plaintiff for £SO and costs. An application for a rehearing was made.
