ESTIMATE OF KILLED AND WOUNDED ARABS.
Received, September 6, 9.51 p.m. PARIS September 6. The French authorities estimate that 1,000 Arabs have been killed and wounded at Casablanca since the commencement of the trouble. Received September 6, 9.55 p.m. MOROCCO, September 6. On account of Sid Mohammed el Guebba's declining to guarantee the French and Spanish police instructors against the risk of being murdered by the Moorish recruits it will probably be necessary to employ white police.
