AFFAIRS IN IRELAND.
SINN FEINERS ATTACK MANSION HOUSE.
CONFLICTS WITH THE POLICE. MANY PEOPLE INJURED. Received September 6, 8.27 a.m. LONDON, September 5. Mr John Redmond (chairman of the Irish Parliamentary Party) was continually interrupted while addressing a Home Rule meeting at the Dublin Mansion House. Sinn Feiners outside voted, by acclamation, no confidence in the Irish Parliamentary Party, and tried to storm the Mansion Hous-?.
Many were injured during conflicts with the police. Three were removed to the hospital. The police prutected the Nationalist members of the House of Commons as they emerged from the Mansion House.
CONSTABULARY CONSIDERABLY STRENGTHENED.
Received September 6, 9.51 p.m. LONDON, September 6. The Irish constabulaiy lias been considerably strengthened.
