THE NORA NIVEN.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, September 3. The Nora Niven, which has been under Government charter conducting trawling experiments, arrived in Wellington, to-day, from Auckland. On the way down she trawled in the Bay of Plenty, where good catches were made, chiefly of schnapper and terekihi. Mr J. J. Niven, representing the owners of the Nora Niven, whose charter expires to-morrow, is in Wellington with a view to negotiating with the Government for the renewal of the contract.
