WAIRARAPA v. BUSH.
The Wairarapa and Bush representative teams met at Mangatainoka, on Saturday last, when Wairarapa won by 14 points to nil. The weather was fine, and the ground was fairly good, though the "going" was rather heavy. The two forward teams were about equal. The visiting backs outclassed their opponents. In the first spell, with the wind in their favour and playing down hill, Wairarapa had much the best of the ■game, but only scored five points, O'Leary scoring a try, which he converted. The second half was of a more even nature. Wairarapa. however,had the best of the play. Kinzett and Spackman scored a try each, and E. McKenzie kicked a penalty goal. Mr ChadwickVas referee. In the evening the visitors were entertained at .a dinner in the Mangatainoka Hotel. JUNIOR REPRESENTATIVE MATCH. The Wairarapa and Wellington Juniors met at Greytown, on Saturday. The former had much the better of the game, and won by 21 points (six tries and a penalty goal) to one try. The Wairarapa tries were scored by Quaine, O'Callaghan, Wing, Skeet, O'Skeet and Laing. McLean kicked a penalty goal.
