LONDON, August 30. Mr J. E. Redmond, Chairman of the Irish Parliamentary Party, speaking at Ballybarry, declared that the only chance of inducing the House of Lords to pass a comprehensive Land Bill will be Ireland's inaugurating a strong menacing movement duringthe winter showing that the Irish refused to be trifled with.
