AFFAIRS IN IRELAND.
LONDON, August 30. Mr J. E. Redmond, Chairman of the Irish Parliamentary Party, speaking at Ballybarry, declared that the only chance of inducing the House of Lords to pass a comprehensive Land Bill will be Ireland's inaugurating a strong menacing movement duringthe winter showing that the Irish refused to be trifled with. The country must cease fault-finding and proceed to business.
