TROOPS FIRE ON A CROWD.
' TWO PERSONS KILLED. i . Received August 30, 8.2 a.m. I BUCHAREST, August 29. During manoeuvres by Roumanian troops, a schoolmaster at the village j of Panad insulted officers. On their removing the offender the \ inhabitants stormed an inn where the '. officers were staying. The troops fired, killing two persons and wounding sixteen severely.
