RUSSIA.
•THE PLOT AGAINST THE CZAR, Received August 23, 8.20 a.w. ST. PETERSBURG, August 22. A court-martial has begun on eleven men and seven women in connection with the plot against the Czar, particulars of which were cabled on May 13th and 23rd. The majority denied their guilt, but Nikitenko, a naval lieutenant, admitted that he had obtained material for use against the Czar Nicholas 2nd M. Stolypin, the Premier.
