WELLINGTON SUPREME COURT.

At the Supreme Court, torday, Patrick Francis Erosnahan and Alfred Crossey, charged with having conspired by deceit to defraud George Martin, James Elliott, Lionel Wallis and Walter Edward *'ollett of certain sums of money, were found not guilty.
