SUPREME COURT.
By Telegraph —Press Association. WELLINGTON, August 16. At the Supreme Court, to-day, Henry Turner was found not guilty of indecent behaviour. John Byron Hamilton was convicted of burglary at Laery and Co.'s store and pleaded guilty to receiving stolen goods in connection with other burglaries in Wellington. . Sentence was deferred. The jury disagreed in the case of Joseph Norman, charged with indecently assaulting a lad. A ne,v trial was ordered for Monday. CHRISTCHURCH, August 16. At the Supreme Court, to day, William Barnard Rhodes Moorhouse was acquitted on a charge of manslaughter arising out of the motor cycle fatality at New Brighton in March last.
