PARKVALE DAIRY COMPANY.

The following report is to be presented at the annual the Parkvale Dairy Company: —"Herewith your Directors have very much pleasure in submitting the seventh annual report. The tests ranged from 3 to 6.2, the average being 3.87. Two hundred and twenty-one tons of cheese were shipped to London, the balance being available for the colonial trade. After setting aside the sum of £6O 3s 9d as a 6 per cent, dividend on the subscribed capital, and writing £273 4s lOd off the depreciation of plant and buildings, there remains a balance of £2,522 18s 9d due to suppliers, making the actual price paid per pound for butter-fat Is Id, equal to 5.25 d per gallon of lOilbs of milk. You will be asked to "elect three Directors to succeed Messrs VV. J. Denbee, J. Eaton, and H. Rayner, junr., who retire by effluxion of time, but being eligible offer themselves for re-election."
