HEAVY RAINSTORM IN AUCKLAND.
By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, August 12. A heavy rainstorm was experienced in Auckland to-night. The streets in the city and suburbs were flooded. The cellars, also, were in some instances flooded. Queen Street was like a river, and many amusing scenes were witnessed. In some of the suburbs small seas were formed, and tram and other traffic was seriously impeded.
