It was stated at the Borough Council meeting, to-night, that the Council would be penalised under the tariff proposals to the extent of £l5O on the material now landing for the electric light extensions. The'question of procuring information, relative to electric tramways for the town, was brought up tonight, and deferred for a fortnight.
