LAND BARGAINS IN FEILDING.
The wonderful fertility of the land about Feilding and the exceptional advantages it offers to tie farmer are well-known. Numeroi s sales to outsiders are being effected almost daily, and considering the quality and price of the land this is scarcely to be wondered at. In this morning's issue Messrs Prior and Caldwell, land and estate agents, of Feilding, advertise two special bargains in the way of sheep country tht t have been placed in their hands for disposal. The first one consists of a property of some 2,018 acres, more than half of which is fiat and ploughable, while there is no hilly country on the property. It is now wintering 1,800 breeding ewes, 1,910 mixed sheep, 336 cattle and 22 horses. It is beautifully watered, well subdivided, and the buildings are complete and up-to-date. This fertile property is mostly in a large valley and well protected from the prevailing winds. The price asked is only £l2 10s per acre. Another excellent property adjoining the above place is also quoted for sale at a cheap price. The firm have numerous other properties on their lists, and they will be pleased to submit particulars of same to anyone on application.
