The Natal Government has decided not to request the Imperial GovernI merit to make many refunds in con- * hection with the South African war. (The Natal Government a few days ago complained that while the Transvaal war Contributions, amounting to thirty millions, has been waived, Natal's £700,000 has not been reduced, and £200,000 for rents and harbour dues has not been paid.)
