THE RICHMOND ESTATES.
A CROWN CLAIM. Received August 1, 8.44 a.m. LONDON, July 31. In connection with the Crown case against the Duke of Richmond, Mr Justice Bray in reference to the Scottish estates gave reserved judgment for the Duke of Richmond, on the ground that the encumoranees which had been created were genuine, but in regard to the Goodwood estate, duty was payable on the principal value of the estate.
