A GRAND DUKE'S WARNING. Received July Si, 8.27 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, July 30. The Grand Duke Nicholas warned General Nikiforoff,who tries the revolutionaries charged with attempting the murder of the Czar, the Grand Duke himself, and the Premier (M. Stolypin), that death is the only punishment suitable for crimes against the Imperial family.
