SOLDIERS COURT-MARTIALLED. Received July 31, 9.30 a.m. LONDON, July 30. Reuter reports that fifteen soldiers at Ecuador, were court-martialled on a charge of participating in a political plot against President Alfaro. (Ecuador is a republic of equitorial South America, constituted in 1850 by separation from the original republic of Colombo).
