STOCK MARKET.
Messrs Mitchell and Griffith, of Eketahuna, held their quarterly horse sale on Thursday last, at the mart yards, and report good business despite the fact that the season was against a good clearing sale. Prices realised were as follow: — Draught gelding £22 10s, trap <£ls 15s to £24, light trap mare in foal £9 15s, pair buggy ponies £2O, thoroughbred filly £2O, boy's pony £6. The next quarterly sale is to be held at the end of September.
