LIMITATION' OF ARMAMENTS. ] Received July 19, 8.2 a.m. ; THE HAGUE, July 18. ' The British delegates to the Peace Conference avill ask the convention to adopt the resolution submitted to the last conference respecing the limita-; tion of armaments as the question has now became more urgent. Baron Marschall von Bieherstein stated that Germany did not consider the question pressing. M. Bourgeois, the French representative, personally favours the British position; but France considers the question academic.
