THE THEATRICAL TRUST.
Received July 18, 8.34 a.m. LONDON, July 17. Herr Erlanger, of the well-known American theatrical firm of Klaw and Erlanger, confirms the news of the formation of an international trust, with a capital of twenty millions sterling, for uniting theatrical interests in America, England, France, Germany and Austria. It is to be a working arrangement, not a consolidation.
