THE TRANSVAAL.
DECREASE IN REVENUE. Received July 11, 8.53 a.m. PRETORIA, July 10. The Treasurer of the Transvaal announces that the interco'onial railway revenue has decreased _by £600.000, and the revenue of the colony by £328,000. Portion of the five million loan, the Treasurer states, may be required for the Land Bank and for the services of the Intercolonial Railway •Council.
