UNEASY FEELING. Received July 4, 8.30 a.m. . LONDON, July 3, The Pall ? Mali Gazette says that much uneasiness prevails in high naval quarters at the Admiralty's policy of restricting repairs and reducing the personnel of the navy. In the Lords the Earl of Cawdor, who was First Lord of the Admiralty in the Balfour Government, has given notice of many questions which he intends to put to the present First Lord (Lord Tweedmouth) .
