THE HAGUE PEACE CONVENTION.
Received July 4, 10.7 p.m. THE HAGUE, July 4. At the Peace Convention Japan proposed a motion to prohibit vessels bound for the scene of hostilities victualling or coaling at neutral ports. Great Britain supported the motion, and Russia and France opposed it.
